When the end of a relationship disrupts your sense of self
The end of a relationship doesn’t just change your circumstances. It can temporarily disrupt how steady you feel inside — and the sense of identity you’ve known yourself through.
You might notice things like:
-
feeling emotionally overwhelmed or unusually shut down
-
feeling foggy, stuck, or frustrated with yourself for not “moving on” faster
-
questioning who you are, or what you want now
None of this means something is wrong with you. It means your system is responding to a major transition.
And when there’s a natural pull to reflect and set goals — like at the beginning of a new year — these questions can feel even louder.
This practice is here to support your body first, before you try to answer them.

Introducing Who Am I Now?
Who Am I Now? is a short, guided somatic practice to help you drop into your body, gently regulate your nervous system, and begin exploring identity from a place of safety.
This isn’t about finding answers or defining who you are.
It’s about bringing awareness into the body so clarity can emerge in its own time.
In just 12 minutes, this practice can help you:
*Shift out of mental overwhelm
*Reconnect with your body
*Create space around intense emotions
*Feel more grounded and present
This is an entry point — not a full identity process — and that’s intentional.
How it works:
The practice uses light breathwork and somatic awareness, guiding your attention back into the body.
You’ll be introduced to a simple awareness technique often called “Where Is My Eye?” — a way of noticing your focus without judgment so the nervous system can soften.
