One-step forward in healing, two steps back in grief?
A 3-month somatic coaching container for women who are tired of the emotional rollercoaster of separation and ready to heal.
Book a Discovery CallSeparation doesn't happen in a straight line.
You might wake up one morning feeling steady - and by afternoon, you're back in grief.
You might think you've accepted what happened - then get triggered by a text from your ex and spiral into anger.
You might feel clear one day and completely lost the next.
This isn't a sign you're doing it wrong. This is the reality of how the nervous system processes loss.
Separation moves through phases - shock, anger, grief, control, depression, acceptance, awakening - but rarely in that order.
Some days you're in all of them at once. Some phases last weeks. Others come and go in hours.
And here's what most support doesn't account for:
A single session can help you regulate in the moment. A 4-week intensive can build your foundation.
But moving through the entire separation transition - with all its phases, all its complexity, all its ups and downs - requires ongoing support.
Not just someone to talk to. But someone who understands how trauma lives in the body, how the nervous system processes change, and how to guide you through each phase without rushing you or keeping you stuck.
That's what this container is for.↓
This isn't a program. It's a container.
Here's the difference:
A program has a curriculum. Fixed modules. A specific order. You move through it step-by-step, whether your body is ready or not.
A container is different.
A container holds you wherever you are - and meets you with exactly what you need in that moment.
Some weeks, you need nervous system regulation because you're in shock. Other weeks, you need support processing anger or grief. Some sessions are about reclaiming your identity. Others are about simply feeling held.
This container is designed to move with you - not force you to move on a timeline.
What we focus on depends on where you are:
If you're in shock:Â We regulate your nervous system, help your body feel safe, and build practices for the acute phase.
If you're in anger:Â We work somatically to process and release what's stored - without bypassing or suppressing it.
If you're in grief:Â We create space for what you're feeling and help your body metabolize the loss without being consumed by it.
If you're trying to control:Â We work with the part of you that's grasping for certainty - and help you find safety in the unknown.
If you're in depression:Â We gently bring you back into your body, reconnect you to sensation, and help lift the fog.
If you're in acceptance:Â We integrate what you've moved through and begin to orient toward what's next.
If you're awakening:Â We support your return to yourself - reclaiming your clarity, your power, and your sense of who you are beyond this relationship.
You don't have to know where you are when we start. That's my job.
I'll attune to what your nervous system is holding, meet you exactly where you are, and guide you through - one session, one breath, one practice at a time.↓
Here's how that actually looks over 3 months:
This is deep, personalized, somatic work.
We'll meet weekly for private 1:1 sessions where we work together to:
✓ Regulate your nervous system through breathwork and somatic practices tailored to your body
✓ Process what's stored - grief, anger, fear, shame - without being consumed by it
✓ Reclaim your identity and reconnect with who you are beyond this relationship
✓ Build resilience so you can navigate triggers, co-parenting, and the ongoing challenges of separation
✓ Support your awakening - the return to yourself that happens when your body finally feels safe
Between sessions, you'll have Voxer access for voice message support, questions, and guidance when you need it most.
This isn't just 12 hours of coaching. It's 3 months of being held.↓
