You're in survival mode. Let's change that.
A private 60-minute somatic session for women navigating the acute moments of separation and divorce.
If your mind won't stop racing, your chest feels tight, and nothing you've tried is actually making you feel better—this session was created for exactly this moment.
This isn't talk therapy. It's not an ongoing program. It's just 60 minutes with me on Zoom, working directly with your body until it settles and you can find steadiness again.
Book My Session
In this private session, you’ll:
- Work with someone who’s been through acute separation shock herself and knows exactly how to meet you there
- Be guided through a customized breath and body-based practice to calm your nervous system in real time—not days from now
- Feel your nervous system begin to settle and move out of the spiral and back into your body so you can think clearly again
- Learn a new way to work with what you’re feeling—instead of trying to think your way through it
- Leave with a felt sense of steadiness you can return to on your own.
Most clients feel a shift in the session that stays with them for days after.Â

What Is Somatic Healing?
Somatic healing is a gentle, body-based approach that works directly with your nervous system—using breath and body awareness to create real physiological calm. When you’re in shock, your mind can’t think its way to relief. This works differently. It goes straight to where the overwhelm is actually living.
How It Works
We start by clarifying your intention. Maybe you came in thinking you wanted one thing, but what’s actually alive in your body right now is different—and that’s what we work with. I’ll reflect back what I’m hearing and help you get clear on what you actually need from this session.
From there, we move into breathwork tailored to your state. If you’re spiraling, we spend longer here. If you’re more grounded, we move faster.
Then we move into somatic work. I’m attuning to your nervous system the entire time, and I pull different tools depending on what you need in that moment. For someone in acute distress, we might spend the full session in breathwork and finding safety in your body. For someone more regulated, we might do deeper work—like exploring where you’re holding this emotion, or working with what got triggered in you. My job is to read your system and give you exactly what will move the needle for you today.
We close with a simple practice you can return to on your own the next time this emotion shows up.
I'm Ready to Try It!Hi, I'm Liv
I know what it feels like when your life suddenly becomes unrecognizable.
After a 24-year partnership with the father of my daughters, I came home one evening after a long day of travel to a house that suddenly felt unfamiliar and two daughters trying to make sense of changes I hadn't expected to happen so quickly.
I remember thinking very clearly:Â Now what?
Those initial days weren't about decision-making or healing-they were about shock. My nervous system was overwhelmed. My body was on high alert. My mind couldn't organize what was happening fast enough to help.
I had spent almost 17 years studying spirituality, energetics, and various healing modalities, as well as having become an advanced-breathwork facilitator and somatic coach, but in that moment, what I needed was something simple. Something that explained what was happening in my body and offered a gentle way back to steadiness-without requiring more from me than I had to give.
Whether you're in the earliest days of shock or moving through anger, grief, or release, I offer body-based support that meets you exactly where you are-without overwhelming you with what comes next.
